We are thrilled to announce the winner of our latest Riviera Photo Competition: ‘Sunsets & Glass Seas’, captured by the talented Gary Lange. This stunning photograph, taken in Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Australia, beautifully captures the serene beauty of the coastline at sunset, with the still waters reflecting the vibrant colours of the sky. Gary’s ability to capture the essence of this tranquil Riviera moment has truly impressed us, and we are excited to feature his work as this edition’s winner.
Gary shared that this photograph marked the perfect start to his journey north to the Whitsundays, and we couldn’t agree more – Moreton Bay truly doesn’t get much better than this. The way the sunlight dances on the glass-like seas, and the golden hues of the sky, creates a breathtaking scene that is a testament to both the natural beauty of the region and Gary’s keen eye for capturing perfect moments. Time out at Parker Point, Rottnest Island on a calm spring day. This photo highlights the emerald waters and rampart reefs surrounding the island. On this day we caught fresh crayfish, squid and whiting and enjoyed a small banquet under the stars that evening. All done on our much-loved Riviera.

Sundown in the bay after another epic day shared with family and friends. Photo taken during a two-week adventure to Rottnest Island during the Christmas holidays. My partner was 36 weeks pregnant and still managing to ‘waddle around’ the boat with ease. What a trooper. My 5-year-old son loves our Riviera and lists it as his favourite thing. We feel very lucky to be a part of the Riviera family.
