Our latest Riviera Owners’ Photo Competition has now closed and we’re proud to present these inspiring submissions. Boating is not a way of life, it is life. Each of these glorious photos highlight so vividly how boating brings you so much closer to nature, and to your family and friends. It’s now time to cast your vote.
We’re now calling on owners to submit shots from a recent adventure, or one of your most relaxing moments, aboard your Riviera yachts, anywhere in the world.
In every issue of Experience magazine, it’s an honour to showcase the fabulous photographs submitted by the Riviera family enjoying their boating in all corners of the globe.
For our current competition, we have received some fantastic entries and the Riviera HQ inbox has received a raft of superb shots from across the globe, including Canada, the USA, Australia and New Zealand. These can be viewed in all their glory, and voted for below.

(17) “RESCUE BY A RIV” – PORT HACKING, NSW, AUSTRALIA BY EDEL PHILLIPS
“It’s not always smooth sailing. We’ve had plenty of fun times on the boat but on this particular day my husband was taking the boat to Port Hacking and came across an upturned tinny with two people, clinging to the hull, and not wearing life jackets. He called the water police and got them both onboard, then looked after them until help arrived. We found out after that they were taken to hospital with hypothermia but otherwise were okay.
A funny side note was that after I found out they were okay, and that my husband had given them our towels to keep warm, I was worried that he’d given away our Riviera towels!”

The entire weekend offered stunning weather and gentle breezes, hopefully a sign of what’s to come for the spring boating season!”
