We’re thrilled to announce our latest Riviera Owners’ photo competition is officially open. This month, the theme is as wide open as the sea itself and we’re calling on all Riviera owners to submit shots from your adventures across the globe.
In each issue of Experience magazine, Riviera is delighted to showcase the wonderful photography from our global Riviera family.
Our latest competition is more freestyle in nature than previous months – we’re calling on all owners to submit shots from your adventures or most relaxed moments across the globe, aboard your Riviera yachts. And for a little artistic inspiration, here are just a few of the fabulous entries we’ve received so far…
“CALM IN BEHIND FRASER ISLAND”
Alan Kepper’s Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht, DOM, in winter 2022 at Great Sandy Marine Park on their way north to the Whitsunday Islands. As Alan recalls: “There were calm waters in behind Fraser Island, and we motored slowly up the inside while we waited for the strong easterly winds to pass by the area. The wind abated on this day.”
“GRANDSTAND VIEW FROM RIVIERA 6000 – SYDNEY HARBOUR CRICKET”
What a shot! Photo submitted by Roy Cohen aboard his Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht, Pronto, at Athol Bay Beach in Sydney Harbour, where his talented grandsons, Hugo (8) and Freddie (5), were playing cricket on the stickiest of wickets. Kudos to the “umpire” for also lending a helping hand.
“OUR FAVOURITE SPOT ” (ABOVE)
We can see why. Rodney Hedeen shares this magnificent shot of his 54 Belize, Final Final, anchored in a cove just east of Killarney, Canada.
“ANZAC EVE – SAMEDI’S UNDERWATER LIGHTS VS AURORA” (LEFT)
As creative as it is beautiful. Hats off to Peter Langford for submitting this stunning shot of his Riviera 39, Samedi, in White Beach, Nubeena, Tasmania on the eve of ANZAC Day 2023. We like to believe our Riviera yachts are a force of nature too.
“GOTTA HAVE A RIVIERA ALE WITH MY RIV!” (MIDDLE)
Photo montage taken of Judi Bilton’s 37 Flybridge, Revelry, and the Long Neck Brewery on the Swan River in Perth, Western Australia. Judi adds, “What a way to celebrate my birthday with a Riviera Red Ale overlooking our very own Riv! Just living life to the fullest!” Happy Birthday Judi, love Riviera HQ.
“DID YOU SAY SEAGULL?” (RIGHT)
Mike Carnemolla submitted this photo of Bella, stalking seagulls, aboard their Riviera 40 Flybridge, Blackfin 2, at Drummoyne on Sydney’s Parramatta River. Keep up the good work Bella; that’s an important job.
Thank you to all Riviera owners for your brilliant submissions so far – we have a fantastic prize to give away to the winning entry as voted by our readers, so please click below to keep entering.
