Our Customer Experience Centre

We have created the ultimate boating experience for our customers, which includes our on-site Experience Centre.  The Experience Centre caters for the boating needs of our owners and includes the Genuine Parts division, Riviera clothing, electrical components and general boating accessories.

 

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic and competent individual, who will not only lead, but also work very closely with our Genuine Parts Team.  We are focused on the Customer Experience, offering a high level of customer support for: Riviera Boat Owners, Riviera Dealers, Trade Partners and our Employees.

With a blend of wholesale and retail responsibilities, this opportunity will suit a manager who has experience in purchasing, stock control & handling, logistics, stocktaking & online sales.  Working in a fast-paced environment, this Senior role will manage competing priorities, including:

  • Manage and grow the Genuine Parts Team, including training and mentoring
  • Manage customer relationships – internal and external
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, to effectively negotiate sourcing of parts
  • Manage purchasing, pricing, parts and margins
  • Identify process improvement opportunities, to optimise performance
  • Manage e-Commerce reporting (Shopify) using Excel/CSV files
  • Harbour a resourceful approach, and seek out positive solutions
