About the Role

We are on the hunt for an experienced Parts Interpreter to work within our Spare Parts team. This is a multi-disciplined role, that would suit an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter with experience in the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage our e-Commerce store, through the Shopify platform
  • Provide customers with product information and sales support
  • Picking and packing of orders
  • Maintain tracking records
  • Manage returns – exchanges and refunds
  • Respond to customer feedback

Other Responsibilities

  • Database management (web-based program and MS Office)
  • Support the Dealer & Owner Care Team
  • Assist our employees with uniforms & clothing
  • Collect and pack items for gift packs
  • Other general administrative duties, as required
  • Support to the Spare Parts team
  • Interest in website and social media content and updates
  • Support at Boat Shows & customer events
