Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake and complete infusion and manufacturing processes of medium to large vessel components
  • Perform quality assurance supervision and inspection processes throughout the department to ensure products meet Riviera standards
  • Trouble shooting/ problem solving issues in production environment
  • Staff and resource supervision
  • Oversee and optimise the performance of the team, equipment and products
  • Train staff in the Riviera processes
  • Research, review & implement new technologies to enhance productivity, waste management etc.
  • Undertake and oversee department projects
  • Manage risk and oversee workshop floor safety

  • Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling you to work with a strong team.
  • Excellent time & organisational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Very high-level attention to detail.
  • Broad knowledge of closed moulding/infusion systems and processes .
  • Demonstrated ability to work to strict deadlines and meet targets.

About the role 

Seeking a highly skilled & experienced Closed Moulding Supervisor that considers themselves to be a strong all- rounder to bring their expertise to this role.  This role will involve working with production teams to a tight schedule and advising in all trade and technical aspects of closed moulding and infusion manufacturing process.
